It is a well-known concept among believers that we are to be “seekers of God”.  But how many know personally the experience of God seeking us?  Yet this is exactly what the Bible is saying here.  The Father is actually seeking those who will worship Him – in spirit and in truth.

It’s amazing to me that the God of the universe, the Lord of glory, the Ancient of Days, the Lion of Judah — the one who inhabits all of creation, and all of eternity past and future would actually seek out those who love him, who worship Him with all their hearts.  And yet this is exactly what happens when those like Lorna and Colette, whether live or by CD, lead us into worship. Heaven comes down…. saints and angels sing and shout aloud together…. and God finds His way into that place!
